[Terms of Service]
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HABIT FANTASY application and services (the "Service") provided by 2CM LABS ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").


2. Definitions
"Service" refers to the "HABIT FANTASY" application, which provides habit management features combined with gamified elements.
"Rebirth" refers to a specific game mechanic where a user’s character level and stage progress are reset in exchange for specific rewards or gameplay adjustments.
"Virtual Currency" refers to in-game currency (e.g., Gold, Gems) used to purchase items within the Service.


3. Service Provision and Ads
The Company provides habit tracking, task management, and RPG-style gamified content.
The Service includes advertisements (banners, interstitial ads, rewarded videos) provided by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). You agree to the display of such advertisements while using the Service.


4. Game Data and Rebirth System
The Service features a "Rebirth" system. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following data processing rules:
Data Reset: Character Level (reset to Lv.1), Current Stage (reset to Stage 1), Distributed Stats, and Unused Stat Points will be reset.
Data Retained: All owned Items (Equipment, Skins, Pets, Materials, Eggs) and Currencies (Gold, Pet Souls, Boss Balls, Upgrade Tickets, Gems) are retained.
You acknowledge that this reset is a core mechanic of the gameplay and cannot be reversed or refunded.


5. In-App Purchases 
The Service may offer virtual items or subscriptions for purchase ("In-App Purchases").
All purchases are processed through the application store (e.g., Google Play Store), and are subject to the store’s payment and refund policies.
Refunds may be restricted for consumable items that have been used or immediately applied upon purchase.


6. User Accounts and Data
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account (Google Login).
We use third-party tools like Google Firebase to collect log data and device information to improve Service stability and analyze usage trends.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or service interruptions caused by force majeure.


8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the Daejeon District Court of Korea.

[서비스 이용약관]
제 1 조 (목적)
이 약관은 2CM LABS(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 HABIT FANTASY 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.


제 2 조 (용어의 정의)
"서비스"라 함은 회원이 습관 및 할 일을 관리하고, 이를 통해 게임적 보상을 획득하는 "HABIT FANTASY" 앱 및 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
"환생"이라 함은 캐릭터가 특정 조건에 도달했을 때 레벨과 스테이지를 초기화하고, 이에 따른 보상을 획득하거나 난이도를 재조정하는 게임 내 시스템을 의미합니다.
"보석" 및 "골드"라 함은 서비스 내에서 아이템 구매 등에 사용되는 가상의 재화를 의미합니다.


제 3 조 (서비스의 제공 및 광고 게재)
회사는 회원에게 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
습관 및 할 일 관리(Task Management) 기능
게이미피케이션(RPG) 요소가 포함된 콘텐츠
기타 회사가 추가 개발하거나 제휴 등을 통해 제공하는 일체의 서비스
회사는 서비스의 원활한 제공을 위해 서비스 내에 광고(배너, 전면 광고, 보상형 동영상 광고 등)를 게재할 수 있습니다. 회원은 서비스 이용 시 노출되는 광고 게재에 대해 동의합니다.


제 4 조 (게임 데이터 및 환생 시스템)
회원은 서비스 내 "환생" 기능을 이용하여 캐릭터를 성장시킬 수 있습니다.
환생 시 데이터 처리 정책은 다음과 같습니다.
초기화 항목: 캐릭터의 레벨(Lv.1로 변경), 진행 중인 스테이지(1스테이지로 변경), 분배된 능력치(Stat), 사용하지 않은 능력치 포인트.
유지 항목: 보유 중인 모든 아이템(장비, 스킨, 펫, 소재, 펫알 등) 및 재화(골드, 펫소울, 보스볼, 강화티켓, 보석 등).
회원은 환생 시스템의 특성상 일부 데이터가 의도적으로 초기화됨을 인지하고 이에 동의하며, 이를 이유로 회사에 복구나 손해배상을 청구할 수 없습니다.


제 5 조 (유료 서비스 및 결제)
회사는 무료 서비스 외에 유료 아이템(보석 등) 또는 구독형 서비스를 제공할 수 있습니다.
유료 콘텐츠의 결제 및 환불은 구글 플레이스토어 등 앱 마켓의 결제 정책 및 약관에 따릅니다.
단, 사용 시 즉시 효과가 적용되거나 소멸되는 소모성 아이템(캡슐형/확률형 아이템 포함)을 개봉한 경우 청약철회가 제한될 수 있습니다.


제 6 조 (계정 관리 및 데이터 수집)
회원은 구글 계정 연동을 통해 서비스를 이용하며, 계정 정보에 대한 관리 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.
회사는 서비스 품질 개선 및 통계 분석을 위해 구글 파이어베이스(Firebase) 등을 이용하여 기기 정보 및 로그 데이터를 수집할 수 있습니다.


제 7 조 (면책 조항)
회사는 천재지변, 무료 서비스 이용 중 발생한 손해, 또는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대하여 관련 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.


제 8 조 (준거법 및 재판관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되며, 회사와 회원 간에 발생한 분쟁에 대한 소송은 대전지방법원을 관할 법원으로 합니다.
